John of God

I attended Omega Institute where John of God was in attendance. A very different experience. I was with my friend who survived terminal cancer after a “cleansing” or “spiritual intervention/surgery”.  J oG is a world class channeler and located in Brazil.

I’ve got 40 days of healing going on as a result. All the traumas of the C battle/acceptance and all the other personal “losses” were put up for healing. So were a number of family members and friends.

Looking forward to playing this weekend and enjoying what’s truly important…the people in our lives.  A relative died last weekend reminding me that every day counts. How will time be spent?  With energy surges and waning at times…I have to pick and choose carefully. I’m still kind of programmed to “do it all” as in the past.

Nothing as it was. So many things are better and that’s where the focus must remain. A  disciplined mind would be useful.

traveling: compression sleeve

traveling with “the sleeve”. One more thing to pack..,the compression sleeve. Hope you remember to bring it on board or better yet, put it on before boarding….it’s kind of tough to get on , sitting in the row with others present, without being noticed. Good thing is that it matches my arm color.

I’ve been doing more manual labor, boxing, moving, unpacking x 2 and should have worn the sleeve throughout. Some changes noticed and then…hunting for  the specialist to check and do lymph drainage. AV MED’s PHCS out of state network is a hassle. Address specific practitioners..some an hour away.

How far do you have to travel for treatments or follow ups?
