Music Permeating the Space

Ever think about the tune you are humming? Subconscious notes and melodies. Where do they come from and where do they lodge?
Ever play recorded music, different genres and notice how you begin to view the world? Or feel it? It’s like color was just introduced to B & W TV
The mood shifts, the light changes somehow. An old friend, favorite composer, piece, raga….comes into “view”.
Thinking about how we color our environments with sound. Silence is good.
It’s Spring. I’m noticing the return of the bird song and sounds to the area! Wind in the pine trees is a powerful presence. All winter long.
In April I’ll have the chance to listen to the palm trees swaying: )

Santa Clara, then north & south, a little to the East then, back West to the Wasatch mountains.
Nature is healing. Such great music at every stop. Also the story of human foibles and angst, humor & hunger.
